Build it Right First Time Inc. (BiRFT) is an MWBE, WOSB, EDWOSB certified IT, CRM & Business Systems consulting firm, helping entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofits build the technology foundation their growth depends on — from business systems consulting to full business systems implementations. We hold minority certifications in New York City, New York State, and at the federal level.
What We Do:
- CRM & Business Systems Implementations — across CRM platforms like Salesforce and Zoho, ERP systems, and other essential business systems
- IT & Business Systems Consulting — consulting sessions and CTO-level advice to help you make the right technology and systems decisions for your organization
- Website & Portal Development — WordPress website design and development, focused on clean, functional sites rather than highly complex custom builds; SharePoint intranet and extranet development
- Event Management Systems — event and registration system setup, integration, and consulting
- Data Management & Business Intelligence — organizing your data and turning it into business information you can act on
- Business Systems Integrations — integrating the systems you already use so they work together, including VoIP and CRM integrations
This covers the core of what we do, but it’s not the full list — if your organization runs on a system or process we haven’t mentioned here, there’s a good chance we can still help.
Our team brings over 20 years experience from working across the IT industry, helping organizations get their systems right, from the start.
